“This is the first time I had bad experience and it's very disappointing, I ordered the create your own and I couldn't eat it as it looked horrible like someone threw the pizza together.“
“I had an excellent experience at Domino's, and a big shoutout goes to Eric, the Assistant Manager. From the moment I walked in, Eric made sure I felt welcome and was very attentive to my order. He took the time to answer all my questions about the menu and made recommendations based on what I was in the mood for. Not only did he keep things running smoothly behind the scenes, but his customer service was top-notch — friendly, professional, and really personable.
The store was clean, the food came out quickly, and everything was just as I expected. It’s clear that Eric takes pride in his work and in providing a great experience for customers. Definitely a reason I’ll be coming back to this Domino’s!“

“I work 3rd shift at John Deere & when I order a pizza online for pickup late night, they are always super fast and made very well, generous with toppings and sauce. Never had a problem. I noticed most of the bad reviews are 4-5 years old. Maybe they are doing better now. Except for the buffalo chicken pizza I guess. :-)“

I did deduct 1 star because the only way to get delivery is door dash which we refuse to use so we have to pick up our pizza when we order.“

“Went to this Lil Caesars today 5/19 to pick up pizza for my child's class party. I needed a little extra but didnt order it before hand. I told the manager what I needed but they could not cut the pizza any smaller or it would be the size of a straw lol. The manager went above and beyond and performed GREAT customer service. It was him along with another employee that was female. They both had great attitudes, great customer service ( that we dont see ANYMORE especially with young people) and I was overall overwhelmed and beyond greatful to the manager. He didnt give it a second thought and helped me out when I needed it. It may not seem like a big deal but in the times we are living in now.... its a big deal for me. I was there at 1:25pm Tuesday 5/19. Dont know the two people name but please make sure they know their work ethics are well noted.“

“Love to dine there except this last time we were sat outside at the end and froze the whole time! Maybe ask people if they want to sit out there or wait for indoor seating….at least the food is delicious and that’s what keeps me going back!“

“My five grand children mybtwo daughters and I came here for the first time. This pizza is so fresh and delicious. This exceeded my expectations. I missed out never coming here. Kasha took care of us and made our pizzas. He was absolutely amazing! Kind, patient,professional and knowledgeable. The pizza was so good I ordered another to go once we ate. I am disabled and have difficulties so kasha brought my pizza out to my car once it was done so I didn't have to come back inside. This meant the world to me. You don't come across this often . The General manager. Was also very nice ,took time to tallk with me and she was professional as well. Very clean restaurant.“

“The wings were on point. My company always uses Marcos when they cater for an event and the pizza is always fantastic. I got a pizza subbed with white sauce tonight and some wings and cheese bread and the wings were fantastic. Pizza was super dry with hardly any sauce, and the cheese bread LOOKS like cheese bread, but tastes like, simply, bread. I would definitely suggest the wings but I don't know about anything else at this point, especially for the price.“

“For some unknown reason that me and mgt Kelsey couldn’t understand my order just magically disappeared. So what could have been bad this young lady and Kelsey turned for the good. I was able to produce receipts and everything to prove that the card was charged. In that event she immediately redid my order and had it sent back out. As someone who is knows what excellent mgt looks like she certainly understands her assignment!“

“The 5 stars is for the server. ZERO stars to the man that caused a scene with what seemed to be half the staff including the server. Go to Waffle House the next time you want to act like a fool! Props to our server that handled the situation with grace and continued doing an amazing job taking care of me and my daughter as well as the other dining room guests“

“They are hiring new people at this location when Jarod came to deliver my food for my order I noticed a mistake and questioned him about it because I was missing some cinnamon bites out of my order... “Very very good! Visiting from NC for a wedding. Googled restaurants and this place came up. Checked the reviews. Just like they said. Fantastic! Very impressed by this little gem in the strip center. Server was great too. Suggested the garlic knots. Have left overs for breakfast so I was full. Met the owner and he gave us garlic knots to take home. Thank you guys for adding to our great visit to Grovetown! Told my family that was on honeymoon. They said “oh ya, they are good”“
