We pre-ordered 5 medium pizzas to be picked up at 4pm the next day. All of them were dry and overcooked or sat under the warmers too long. I will not pre-order again. Plus we had to prepay ahead and didn't get a receipt at time of payment.

I always have a good experience here but tonight I had some issues with my food being over cooked so I called and they fixed it immediately. Kayla was kind and professional and it made me feel better about having to even call. The staff here is always very kind.
The GM Noah was excellent in resolving my order dilemma. He was informative and made sure I was satisfied. Thank you !
