“The most excellent LJS location I have been to in all of my adult years. Wonder front end staff, and kitchen folks were very much on top of things. The food may be the same at each LJS, but this location should serve as the model of how it should be done.“

“We ordered a couple of kids meals. One wanted a Dragon Fruit to drink. Instead of putting that drink in a kid's cup, they charged us for a full size drink, charged us $1.70 for it and we didn't get the kids drink. Pretty crappy in my opinion!“

“This was on a Sunday, we walked in because drive thru was packed, got to lobby and there was a line so we ordered on the mobile app to pick up instead, ordered our foot was told 1245 pickup time, well as we watched people come and go, lobby fill and empty and drive thru fill and empty at 135 we fi ally got our food after I complained, then they shorted us a milk shake and after getting that I was pissed to the point I just wanted to leave, get home only to realize they shorted my son's kids meal aswell. Worst service experience in a long time.“

Unlike many other Mcdonalds franchisees, which host consistent expectations of missing food with orders, lack of receipt paper for transactions, and generally slow service, this particular location lacks any of these common issues, the food delivered promptly, with polite workers, a well maintained lobby, and excellent customer service.“

“This was our first time visiting Fosters Freeze. The food was fresh, hot, and very good. The ice cream was delicious. The environment was clean and orderly. Above all of that, the service was phenomenal! Waykel went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our first visit. I hope she gets the recognition she deserves! She is an awesome person!“
