Some suggestions for the manager. Train your staff to TALK. When a customer approaches the counter say something. Staring at me and then mumbling does not instill the customer service experience. How do I know you got my order if you don't talk loudly and look at me when you speak. Poor training leads to poor outcomes. This is the manager's duty to properly train and monitor.
Delicious chicken sandwich! Was hot and fresh. Rice was so so. Seems like the recipe was a little different. I usually love it. So maybe was an off day. Staff was friendly and efficient.
