So I have a mixed review, when it comes to the North Augusta, SC location:
Staff are usually pretty friendly & helpful, but this location is batting about .500 when it comes to giving me exactly what order/request. Usually regularly screwing up a grilled chicken club without onions, add pickles & fry sauce. Doesn’t matter if I place the orders in person or through their app.

These are the worst looking onion rings I’ve had from this location and was disgusted me out. Was is I saw flys. Landing on the food through the driver thru window today while waiting for my order !!
That should be reported to a health department and the onion rings had a horrible taste to them .
Big disappointment .
This place was better when frist opened up ….
Complete chaos, inside and out. Inattentive, rude cashiers, botched orders, missing items.
This place will not survive if they don’t hire older more experienced staff. Currently all teenagers.
Music too loud so the PA system was too loud causing everyone to speak loudly or yell to place an order, beg for a cup or anything else.
Two visits and had high hopes for this new restaurant. Big fail both times.
