“What a DELIGHTFUL surprise to find this hidden gem in a Walmart strip mall! The hotel we were staying at recommended it to us and we were blown away from the moment we walked through the door. The live pianist was skillful and talented. The wait staff were efficient, unobtrusive, but attentive at all the right moments. Alicia, our server was great helping us choose our drinks and dinner. And the FOOD! It rivals what you’d find on King Street in Charleston! Perfectly cooked shrimp cocktail - shrimp as big as my palm. Crab cakes the size of a dessert plate. Bread pudding that must have been made by angels from heaven. We WILL be back - even though we live two hours away!”

“We ate here yesterday and had a phenomenal experience. Bailey took care of us and she was cheerly and knowledgeable about the menu items. The kitchen took a little bit longer than expected for our dessert to come out and without us having to ask about it, Bailey kept us informed. We ordered crab egg rolls, lamb chops, wygu filet mignon, and apple pies. All items were delicious and the sweet tea was perfect. If you go, ask for Bailey. You will not be disappointed by her service or the food!”

“My Husband and I came here last night for the first time and what a wonderful visit it was! When we got there the wait time was an hour long, but we didn't mind waiting. For those planning to visit I recommend calling ahead of time to see if you can be put on their wait-list. They had a plenty of indoor and outdoor seating space for those waiting to be seated. We chose to sit outdoors and enjoy the warm weather. While there we enjoyed feeding the ducks, peacocks and goats on the property. Feed can be purchased for all the animals for $.25 per handful. I had a wonderful time feeding the animals and swooning over the adorable baby goats. It helped the wait time fly by. The restaurant stuck to the wait time that was given and we were promptly seated exactly an hour after arriving. The restaurant offers complimentary hush puppies and grits, both of which were delicious. My Husband ordered the Fried Gator with Cole Slaw & French Fries and I ordered the Frog Legs with Cole Slaw & French Fries. We shared from each other's plates and it was phenomenal! Our waitress was so sweet and she gave us wonderful service. We will most definitely be back again!”

“The food was delicious and came out with perfect timing. We tried the fried ravioli, goat cheese & beet salad, and the catfish sandwich. The amaretto almond cake was also delicious. We really appreciated the casual atmosphere. Our server, Ned, made the experience even better with his great suggestions and even a few travel tips.We're from out-of-town, otherwise we'd be regulars! Can't say enough good things about this restaurant and staff.”

“Stopped at this store while traveling. This is the first Kroger I've ever been to and I really liked it! I liked how clean the store was and the vast selection. The staff was also friendly. My one critique is the store should have tap payment options. Otherwise the store is great!”

“It was ok. The description of the ribs was "cooked until the fall of the bone" is not very accurate. They were cooked but they were tough. The sauce was very good. (Hickory bourbon). Service was good.”
