Went last night to the 24 hour drive thru and no one ever took our order despite waiting 15 mins and trying to get their attention. The workers don’t care and it’s a shame won’t be coming

We went through their drive thru yesterday 11/19/23 at their North August, SC location. The drive thru employee failed to return our credit card. Instead the Krystal employee(s) went on a shopping spree with our credit card. We have tried contacting the store, the manager and corporate without any success. I would avoid this business who employees thefts and fails their customers.

Spend over $20 at drive-thru. Did not receive oj and order was not complete. Guess my larger than normal order put too much stress at drive thru window. Think this at isolated to Krystal? McD's been doing this for years. And if you think minimum wage would help this, you are part of the slackness being thrown at the public customers. And went to Capt D's, girl at window asked what "sauses". So nice I tipped her and drove away. Got home to NO sauces, and I now ask myself WHY did...read full review
