Went last night to the 24 hour drive thru and no one ever took our order despite waiting 15 mins and trying to get their attention. The workers don’t care and it’s a shame won’t be coming

We went through their drive thru yesterday 11/19/23 at their North August, SC location. The drive thru employee failed to return our credit card. Instead the Krystal employee(s) went on a shopping spree with our credit card. We have tried contacting the store, the manager and corporate without any success. I would avoid this business who employees thefts and fails their customers.

Spend over $20 at drive-thru. Did not receive oj and order was not complete. Guess my larger than normal order put too much stress at drive thru window. Think this at isolated to Krystal? McD's been doing this for years. And if you think minimum wage would help this, you are part of the slackness being thrown at the public customers. And went to Capt D's, girl at window asked what "sauses". So nice I tipped her and drove away. Got home to NO sauces, and I now ask myself WHY did I even tip someone that obviously did not care what sauce I wanted and provide it. All over this country, the other BS is TIP requests rampant. Do these employees not get paid properly by business owner? Employer should have to MATCH all tips.

I refuse to patronize this location anymore. I’m convinced corporate just doesn’t care about the complaints and are okay with how horrible this restaurant has become. Why post hours on the door if they mean nothing? Why does everyone have a nasty attitude? Do not waste your time and money here when there are two in Augusta with much better service and better food. Both the Washington Rd and Bobby Jones locations are way better than this one. Walton Way location plays games and is unprofessional, too, so avoid that one also.

The food wasn’t cooked my sausage wasn’t cooked done biscuit has so hard the bacon biscuit same way I want be coming back anymore I knew when I had to go through drive through it was going to be messed up

The hours on the window clearly state that the inside of the restaurant is open till 8 pm. The Door was unlocked and I came inside at 7:48 and was refused service and told that they were already closed. There are multiple signs on the windows stating that the inside of the restaurant is open till 8 pm, if the staff is too lazy to work the counter, I'm sure it wouldn't be hard to find staff that actually would work it.

food quality is a thing of the past. It was my favorite cheese hamburger but now they are usually stale. I dont like onions either i scraped the onions off or they do instead of me getting a fresh samwich.
