“The food is excellent ? the service was 1 star ⭐ in the past, now it's 3 ⭐⭐⭐ stars because they communicate better between them and get the food out quicker but they are bias with males versus females.Last week I came in and they waited on me right away but a male customer was very upset, because he was waiting before I came and they acknowledged my presence and my order I made online and they ignored the male customer.I chose to apologize to him for their rudeness and they took his order after he said that with no apologies. Which is professionally unacceptable.Some of the female workers are very rude but the male workers are very polite and good workers. What I did notice is the male workers playing very sexual music with sexual words about women's bodies. I've noticed many of the customers mostly females were very uncomfortable smh ??. Like myself and others.“
“I waited for half an hour to get my food because it was late and the cashier could only take 2 orders at a time. She was very pleasant and telling the customers to please everyone to wait while she bags orders, takes the orders and receiving money for the customer orders.Parking: Enough parking, but all of the employees took the parking spots.“
“The restaurant was clean. But there were only 3 people working and it was very slow. The young lady was bouncing back and forth between the front counter and the drive through. It was a little annoying, but fortunately the wait wasn't that long.“
“I ordered jalapenos and chili cheese hotdogs. The hotdogs were below average and over priced at $399.And the jalapeno poppers could havebeen better. But it was above average.But overall I think sonic is a good fast food joint.Parking: You can order your food from your car and most of the customer service reps are trained very good they are polite. I would recommend sonic. Sonic is an underrated fast food joint in my opinion“
“Whoever the staff was of Dec 26th around 7:30, YALL ALL NEED BONUSES!! I came through drive thru with a pretty big order and the girl taking my order was so nice i had to leave her a tip. I got to the 2nd window and see employees talking enjoying themselves and still working diligently. My food STILL came out perfectly. Shout out to that crew and i hope y’all’s managers gives y’all props!“
“I just left your barbecue joint and I just want to let y’all know that this is probably some of the best barbecue I’ve had in a really long time I live up in northern South Carolina and we have decent barbecue but nothing like this. I bought way more food than I could ever handle on my own, but I am happily stuffing my face about to enter into a blissful meat coma. Thank you so much! Your staff was super friendly, too! I only come down here for work once a week at most but I will most certainly be back!“
“Great place to get breakfast at 5 am on the way to work.Edit: the morning really depends on who you get in the morning. If you get the older lady with short hair taking your order, expect a lot of eye rolls and sighs if you order more than 3 items. Then she blames you for entering the number of items wrong even though you repeated 3 times what you wanted because she seemed to be talking to someone else while entering your order.“
“I came into town as I usually do every other weekend and krystals is always the first place I stop on my way in, last time I came it was a horrible customer service experience but tonight Ms. Carmen made my experience great. She was patient made sure my order was correct and was very polite. Food was fresh and good, everyone isn't always happy on a Friday at midnight being at work but after driving 2 hours it's good to see workers who still want to make customers happy. Thank you again Ms. Carmen.“
“Stopped by twice in our travels. First time we had cheeseburger and fried fish and egg rolls. Egg rolls were over cooked but rest of food was good. Second time we had grilled fish and steak Philly onion rings and wings. Onion rings were over cooked remainder was good. The Hawaiian girl sauce for the wings was awesome. Staff was friendly as well.“
“This is not a sit down burger place but they do have a couple of picnic tables out front. I got the bacon cheese burger and fries and both were really good for being a local street side burger place. This is not a high end burger joint so if that's what your looking for then this is not it but it is good.“
