I had a very disappointing experience at McDonald’s drive-thru. There were two drive-thru lanes, but employees continuously took orders from the left lane while the right lane, which I was in, barely moved. When I finally reached the first window, the employee was speaking very quietly while reading the order. When I went to pay and received my receipt, I politely informed her that it was not my order.
