This KFC is a little unprofessional. I based this off the 10+ times I have been here. From not paying attention to the customer to laughing on the speaker in the drive-thru, they have a mix of everything you shouldn't see at a restaurant. On a lighter note, the food has always been fresh on every order. (Granted they got it right).
I like this KFC because they always treat me well and put gravy on my biscuit but the dining room is closed. I don't understand, you were open during the height of the pandemic and now you are closed.

Food is good but the service is not. I stood in line inside for quite a while before i was informed that u had to order theu the drive thru. There was no signs on the doors to let u know this was their new policy.
