Because of it's popularity, this Charley's is always busy. Because of the extended wait times, I had to take away a star :( To their defense, the entire food court stays busy during lunch time, but the cooked-to-order feature makes the wait particularly long. Other than that, be prepared to have HOT food made the way you wanted it!
The food and service are really good! I could have done without having the cook yell at me when I couldn't overhear the nice lady at the end of the line asking what I'd like on my subs. You don't need to use a angry tone to get someone's attention.
