“I got the 10 piece Mild Lemon Pepper Wings combo and it came with fries and a drink. It was 10.99 and I'd say it was worth it. They give you a lot and the wings were amazing. Full of flavor !!The place is in a weird part of town, but it's worth it. The atmosphere was a little strange and the workers were talking on the phone with friends, but they were sweet and helped give me good recommendations.“

“My husband an i love wings an I love burgers.Thing is we don't like fast food.We'll by the time I shop for the items cook them an clean up it's mot really worth it as seniors. I bet we ate 4 times in the last.10 days an we had company They were eating another brand but we won them over.They service is great an it's clean or thry cleaning when I go in sometimes around 8:30-9.Like now it's 8:40 an im about to order hot lemon pepper wings &fries. We use to be diehard Zaxby lovers but they don't hold a candle. I actually got 11 fries because they started weighting.They stopped with their side of carrots/celery..Its no comparison in my book.Now A town coleslaw I skip is in a almost dressing size cup.Dont hold that against them This is just my honest experience an op. “Love the hot wings. They had a great sauce and were very good. While visiting the area, we ordered 75 wings twice for family to enjoy. We ordered the wings well done and they were awesome! On our takeout order, the employees will show you what you ordered to make sure everything is correct with your order! Awesome!Highly recommend!!“
“Because of it's popularity, this Charley's is always busy. Because of the extended wait times, I had to take away a star :( To their defense, the entire food court stays busy during lunch time, but the cooked-to-order feature makes the wait particularly long. Other than that, be prepared to have HOT food made the way you wanted it!“
“1st I ordered it on Door Dash and they forgot my extra cheese sauce that I paid. 75 cents for! The Philly cheesesteak was still warm and not dry as the bread was soft and not mushy. Added mushrooms and peppers to it also which turned the sandwich up a notch. Overall it's a great experience and prices are good for your wallet.“

The fact I’ve received multiple apologies and phone calls shows they care and being a business owner myself I understand. I’ll just pickup from now on. My office ordered over $100 worth of food. We were only given the option for fries with all orders and we received Miss Vickie’s Kettle Chips. I called because I assumed this had to be a mistake. I was told they don’t send fries through Door Dash due to them not being able to guarantee they would still be warm. If that’s your standard it should state that at the time of ordering. Not allow us to order it thinking we’re going to get fries and then send chips. Even sent a big bag of ketchup?? I even offered to come pick them up due to that information not being relayed but the lady just kept repeating that’s not an option on Door Dash. I hung up! I’m good on Jackie M’s! Just know if you get Door Dash you ain’t getting fries?“
