Don’t go here if you have allergies! The cross contamination is crazy, I always order a chicken California plain and it almost always ends up with peppers or onions mixed in with it. I love Charley’s as a chain but this specific location is very slow and rude every time I go there, they have never once remembered my extra items I paid for and when I ask for them they always have a bit of an attitude, I understand that working f&b sucks but they could be a little nicer to customers...read full review
Only giving two because the food is always good but the attitudes the employs have are terrible. The lady who took my order had a personality like a rock and didn't even look at me when she was talking to me. Then I asked for ranch and it's 64 cents for a small little sauce cup. Which they didn't even fill to the top, not even halfway. If your going to charge that much for a small cup of ranch, fill it to the top. I'm not surprised the stars are so low either. I didn't know about this place until today and MAN, I loved every bite of my Philly cheese steak. My strawberry lemonade was to die for. This place is awesome, my food was delicious, and I will be back.
