great staff, delicious pretzels
Very disappointed. I purchased a regular pretzel and just as I sat down to take a bite, my pretzel was hard and burnt at the bottom, they did replace a fresh pretzel in its place. To the mangers there, it’s called rotating ur product on how long it can sit before you discard ur products , if it’s burning, set the timer early. The mangers there needs to d a better job
Keniyada and the manager Leslie gave great customer service!!
