I visited Auntie Anne’s today while at the Augusta Mall. I purchased a pretzel. I am beyond disgusted. The pretzel was warm when I purchased it. I waited until I got into my car to eat it. I couldn’t. How in the hell could the pretzel be warm but rock hard and still doughy inside? My last visit was similar but decided to try again. This place has gone all the way down! I couldn’t eat it. Still have it in the bag. I would like management to contact me.

I always get the Cinnamon Pretzel Nuggets w/ the Sweet Glaze. Glaze was expired. When I opened it, it was clear and white (it's usually just white). I thought maybe it just needed to be stirred a little. When I tasted it, I wanted to vomit! It tasted DISGUSTING. It was definitely SPOILED.. Never mind the terrible customer service, which it ALWAYS! This Auntie Anne's needs new employees that are more enthused to work and actually pay attention to what they are giving their PAYING customers.

We always get the cinnamon sugar pretzel nuggets and they always taste great! Sometimes the wait is a bit long but we don’t mind as it means hot, fresh pretzelsI will say, though, customer service could be better but I’ve been to worse. Overall, great little snack place to visit when in the mall

Getting a pretzel from here use to be a very good experience, but now it is not. There is no customer service at all. The food is just not the same. I ordered the regular pretzel and got something they just threw together. Half of it was raw on the inside from not being made correctly. I remember a time when the quality was over the top and would’ve never got a pretzel like this.
This place is disturbing. The workers do not wash their hands after using the registers than proceeding to make food. That is nasty and unsanitary. Last but not least they will laugh in your face than ask “Are you ready to order” no greeting or nothing!

Unfortunately the order was placed incorrectly. I was charged for pretzel bites and asked for a pretzel. The pretzel was not even close to regular size. A pretzel and a soda was more than $8. Not worth it

I have always loved Auntie Anne's, and these pretzels are no different. Whenever I go to the mall, I have to stop by! I usually alternate between getting the sweet pretzels, and mini salty pretzels with cheese sauce, and I have been doing this probably since I was born. However, the reason that I can't give this particular establishment five stars, is because I really think they underfilled my mini pretzel cup. It was definitely not to the top, and they did give me some good size pretzels pictured below, I was disappointed to see that they hadn't filled my pretzel cup :( I hope the next time I return, this will not happen again.

2 stars since the wait wasn't terrible. They clearly need staff though. It looked like only 2 people working to man both sides, the smoothie side and also the pretzel side. This is the first time I went during my trip to the mall, since for once the line wasn't 15 deep with 1 register running. I have passed this place up numerous times due to the wait. The pretzel however was terrible. It was so incredibly hard. Not the soft pillowy pretzel I'd remembered from my younger years. The employee serving it had to know it was a subpar product since they're the one who pulled it from the warmer and bagged it. Rock hard. Sadly I will not return to pay nearly $5 for a pretzel that tastes like it came from a bag of Snyder's off the shelf at the grocery store.
Please don't sell visibly burnt pretzels.
I enjoyed the preztle I got very much. Just wish that they still had the other flavor pretzels like they used to. ?
