“Very quiet, and simple coffeehouse with very extraordinary service, food and beverages. All the workers help with taking your order and answer any questions. I wanted the bagel with smoked salmon and cream cheese but they were out of bagels, instead they gave me great alternative options that helped get the same taste of the option I wanted. I also took the mocktail, of the espresso martini. It was amazing. I can’t wait to come back and try out all the different options. Lovely place.“

“This place has been opened for a while and I finally decided to stop by and try them. I went last night and got their blonde and white chocolate mocha. As a first time visitor, the waiter was extremely patient and even offered suggestions. He was great. It looked extremely clean inside and not overly crowded. The drinks were amazing. The white chocolate mocha actually tasted like chocolate. I enjoyed it so much that I went back today. Listen, their mango lemonade is to die for. Half my drink was gone before I even made it back home. This is definitely one of my new favorite coffee/drink spots!“

“This has got to be one of the best little bakeries around here! The food is always amazing and fresh, made by hand not from a package. Chantelle and Sarah were helping me today and made everything so comfortable for my first time here and they were so friendly I really felt so happy and relaxed. “They seem to be working out kinks within their store. I say this because everytime I go there’s somebody there doing maintenance or either boxes of Starbucks items out in the store. Items that need to be put out on the shelves. I usually order a White Chocolate Mocha and they’ve never messed that up. BUT one time I ordered plain iced coffee with sugar only and it was so nasty I spit it out and through it away. So I wouldn’t recommend any of there regular coffees at this location. Just stick with the mixed drinks and you should be fine.

Vegetarian options: They have cheese bites and egg bites. They also have wraps and different coffees to order.

Kid-friendliness: Lots of space inside with chairs and table to sit at. Every kid friendly menu items like the cake pop.

Parking: You have to park in the PX parking lot and walk inside. Watch out for retirees when in the parking lot they speed and don’t pay attention to pedestrians.

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes. They have wheelchair seating right as you walk in and a very open floor plain.

Not just milk tea but also slush and smoothies too, along with an assortment of Asian snacks. There's indoor seating with some boardgames etc that make it a fun place to hang out.“

“I never write reviews but this Starbucks location is my fav!! All of their employees are always so friendly and helpful. I have never had a bad experience at this location. If you are even a tiny bit unsatisfied with your order, they are quick to remake your order no questions asked and most of the time will apologize and say, “this one is on us!” Sometimes I like to try drinks from their “secret menu” and they never roll their eyes or act rude / annoyed unlike what I have experienced at other stores. Anytime I have questions about certain menu items or how to upgrade my drink to make it better, they take the time to answer and don’t rush or make me feel dumb for asking. I stopped going to other Starbucks and have been loyal to this location for months now. The managers / baristas are totally the heart of this store and are BOMB. Much love, - The hot mess express mom that comes daily with two young kids screaming from the backseat. (Thanks for keeping me sane and supplying my ridiculous amount of caffeine that it takes to be a stay-at-home mom of two crotch goblins.)“

“This is my favorite Dunkin Donuts restaurant in Augusta Georgia. The young lady that served us at the window this morning at around 11:30 AM was fantastic! She was very attentive and had the right attitude for outstanding service. I gave her a tip, and I never tip! The restaurant is always clean and service is always A1.“

“We went today and got 2 Large iced coffee’s and game tags were ripped off!!! We drove back around and told the employee about it... she said “they were told to remove all the tags because it ends on the 15th and they would no longer be able to accept them after that date.” I said it’s just the 10th and still have 5 days to win, etc... so I asked for another cup and she said they have been pulled off them all!!!! It seems to me like some employee(s) have taken advantage and removed these tags!!!! This should be in direct violation to the rules, etc!!! “Great food and great service and friendly staff. Ate there this morning and had a great waitress. Saw something that bothered me while there today there was a man and woman who were at a table in front of me. After eating their meals the man laid a five dollar bill on the table for a tip and went to pay the bill. The lady at the table reached over and took the five dollar bill and put it in her pocketbook. That was totally foul on her part. To the lady who took that five dollar bill you know who you are!!!“

“Dunkin is by far the superior coffee company but the Wrightsboro Rd location is the best Dunkin local to the Augusta area.
The staff is always kind. The service is always fast, even when they run out of something, they’re quick to find a substitute. You’re a PERSON that just happens to like coffee and donuts at Dunkin, not just an order number.
They treat regulars like friends and family. I’m not sure what coffee milk is, but I NEED it and Isaiah knows exactly how I like my Iced Dunkalatte!! I get the best service here weather I’m picking up my coffee, or for my mom (Laura) or my aunt (Marcy) who are both regulars too! We love our Dunkin staff as much as we love our coffee.

Kid-friendliness: My daughter loves Dunkin and the staff always makes sure her grilled cheese is perfect and her Matcha Latte is delicious. They cater to the kids just like they do the adults.“

“Those people working at Bobby Jones expressway Starbucks work hard ! They are understaffed & have this hateful manager (Kim) that yells at them in front of us customers. That’s not a very professional thing to do in front of customers! From talking to other regulator customers she does this all the time. Starbucks needs to put her out the door hire some more employees to help with the large crowds that visits this store daily! U have some awesome employees working in this Starbucks that need to be thanked for their kindness & being very knowledgeable about making those tasty drinks!“
