Checked out for a grande coffee and barista forgot to ring up espresso shot. Manager or whoever proceeded to yell at her for not charging us and before handing us drink, she ordered us to go back to front and pay for the expresso shot. The cashier was great even after getting belittled in front of customers and proceeded to check us out a second time with the same good attitude as the first.
All Starbucks are the best! Like the chic fil-a of coffees and bistro styles. Always friendly service. Always good food. Always good feels and great atmosphere! Starbucks' service customer service skills are superb! Even better when you find your fav barista!
