Their coffee was AMAZING!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ They struggled a little with getting the top on my cup, so they gave me a bigger sized cup. All those people saying that they did bad and stuff, are just saying it for attention. I gave them two difficult orders and they are one of the best I have ever had!!! My orders were white chocolate mocha frappacino double blended and caramel ribbon crunch with extra crunch. They are just a small business trying to make money for their family and their futures. So if you are going to say something rude, then don’t say it at all. Also, they were very hospitable and they have very good communication and teamwork skills! I highly recommend going here for coffee!!!!

I'm gonna make this quick:Food: 5-StarsService: 1-Star*This Starbucks is inside a Kroger for those who didn't know, enter from the left of the building, not the right side.The coffee is perfect, made exactly how I wanted it to be. The service, the short hair woman in there, keep her quiet & let her just make the drinks. She wasn't willing to give me a little of her time to help me out & I understand she's busy but hey I paid, I wanted to make sure I had everything that I ordered for my family.

I ordered 6 drinks total on the mobile app and my bf went to pick it up on my behalf and only get 4 drinks, so I went back right after to get the other 2 drinks, the person worked there said they out of the ingredients to make my drinks and I asked nicely if can I get different drinks, she said I have to pay for it. Then I asked can you refund my money for the 2 drinks that I didn’t get. She said she haven’t train to do so. What a horrible service!

My cashier was awesome and my food was prepared promptly. Not bad for a Starbucks within a grocery store at all!

I’ve been living here for 1 year, got coffee 3 times because it was convenient! Every time they made my coffee wrong and it was super frustrating! Drive down to the Starbucks by I-20, don’t waste your money here!
