“I stopped by pretty early in the morning to get some breakfast. They were fast. The food was okay. Not bad, not great. There weren’t really any pleasantries. I got breakfast for myself and 2 other people and every additional order I added the person taking my order sounded less enthusiastic to the point of reaching monotone. I got 3 breakfast sandwiches with bacon, one was diff from the other 2, it’s bigger and comes on different bread and stuff. It’s fine, I know it’s early, and you don’t even have to particularly be nice to me. But it really seemed this person just hated her job. I would understand if she was slammed. But I was the only person in line and I told her to take her time, I’m not in hurry.“

“This is BY FAR the best Dunkin in SC! The store is exceptionally clean; in the front as well as behind the counter. Staff is amazing.. friendly and always helpful. The manager Jennifer is extremely nice, always has a smile on her face and will make orders herself, even for special requests. This store is a must go to for the BEST coffee, donuts and breakfast items. I wish I could give more than five stars!“

But this Dunkin Donuts was a pleasant surprise of giving the old comfort feeling of your youth, Donuts are fresh the coffee is so tasty and most of all the employees are very nice and helpful. “I’m surprised by the low reviews because this is my favorite Dunkin in Columbia. Sometimes the greetings in the drive-thru are less than stellar, but they are the most consistent in terms of making drinks correctly and well. If I want it done right, I will go a little out of my way to go to this location over the others. There’s also a lady who works the window and is SUPER friendly.“
