“Donuts were great, hot and delicious, service was absolutely confusing, the employees, just went were they wanted, back and forth, one walking around randomly helping someone, or just disappearing, one register, then somebody shows up on the other register, just to ring up two people then disappear again, line out the door, we were next, lady just got done with people in front of us, she just starts walking around, looking at stuff, talking to different people in the back, walked by us a few times, then like comes up like we are now a priority, it was completely irritating and confusing, like they all really didn't care, got to the register, lady just opened the second one, just to disappear again before we could pay, I told my wife, we should just leave! But we didn't, maybe they were under staffed, over worked, who knows, bad experience“
“I want to take some time and appreciate the cashier Today for the great Customer Service. He greeted me and my children, He also offered me some water. And I’m glad I did took the offer because I was so dehydrated and I totally forgot to carry myself some water.I walked from West Columbia to Cayce just so boys could go to a park at a different location and to get them out the house. It took me 2-3 hrs to walk all the way to cayce.??Out of 1-10 for MY first impression was a.. I’ll give it a 10 because I really wasn’t expecting anything honestly, I really went there so my son use the bathroom, chill for a bit and that’s it.It was so nice in there!!But again Many thanks.
