We are on vacation and we passed a gas station with fried chicken and hot dogs on the menu; little that we knew down the road from it was an elegant bistro. Contemporary, clean, slick, amazing ambiance, the food was delicious and healthy, the espresso - a pleasant surprise tastes better than the best chain espresso coffee. The owners Will and Courtney are inviting, pleasant, young people with a vision. Will was very professional, friendly and very accommodating.“

“I haven't consumed any food from McDonalds in nearly 45 years and was shocked at how clean and nice the place was! I actually ate a quarter pounder and fries which I found delicious and comforting. The cashier was very thoughtful and quite a gregarious fellow, actually encouraging me to keep my streak alive by not eating there as his concern was for my physical health and wellbeing. I was impressed by his honesty and gave serious consideration to his plea as my intestinal fortitude is abysmally weak from the radiation therapy.
