Brutal.
Employees frequently use profanity and cuss while preparing customers’ drinks, which I find extremely inappropriate and uncomfortable. I also feel that the overall customer service at this location is unacceptable.

Stopped to get a coffee and breakfast this morning at 6:28 and there was no one there. The store opens at 6. Very disappointing.
