“I was having a really bad day, long day at work and just stressed out. Went to Krispy Kreme to spoil myself. Once there I was met with outstanding customer service and a friendly atmosphere. So much so I bought more donuts for my family. One employee in particular, Ron is amazing! He helped turn my bad day right into a good day with just one short experience at the cash register. Thank you, Ron. Krispy Kreme, give this guy a raise... Because of him I bought more of your product....“

“I’ve been in SC for 4 years. When I got here there was only 1 Dunkin in Lexington. I’m from Maine so I’m very particular about my Dunkin coffee. It’s very simple. A large regular coffee 4 creams 4 sugars... doesn’t matter which of the 3 in Lexington or 2 I’m Irmo I go to - only the Red Bank Dunkin makes it right. I don’t understand how this can be... ; creams... 4 sugars but the others aren’t even fixable... it goes straight into the trash every time. Thank you Red Bank Dunkin for saving this Maine girls coffee! On a side note, after going there daily for the first few months I forgot my wallet... the manager at the drive thru bought my coffee ❤️“

“i’ve never had bad service here, but sometimes it can be slow. when they are busy and the drive thru line gets backed up it’s annoying, and i can tell the employees get very stressed by it. my only issue is this location can be very inconsistent with quality of food and drinks. maybe 1/5 times i go, something will taste off or food will be over- or undercooked. employees have always been nice and polite with me even when i can tell they’re stressed out. i get the sense that maybe the franchise owner/management isn’t supporting or setting this location up for success.“

“This is BY FAR the best Dunkin in SC! The store is exceptionally clean; in the front as well as behind the counter. Staff is amazing.. friendly and always helpful. The manager Jennifer is extremely nice, always has a smile on her face and will make orders herself, even for special requests. This store is a must go to for the BEST coffee, donuts and breakfast items. I wish I could give more than five stars!“

“I’m surprised by the low reviews because this is my favorite Dunkin in Columbia. Sometimes the greetings in the drive-thru are less than stellar, but they are the most consistent in terms of making drinks correctly and well. If I want it done right, I will go a little out of my way to go to this location over the others. There’s also a lady who works the window and is SUPER friendly.“

“Have been going to this location since moving here a year ago. Staff is always friendly and the Manager is a workhorse, I swear she there 10 days of the week. Every-time I am in, they remember my loud self and make it a point to make you feel at home. 10 Stars if I could.“
