To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to express my disappointment with the experience at your restaurant yesterday.
I had a confirmed reservation for a party of six and arrived early, expecting to be seated as scheduled. Unfortunately, I was informed that the restaurant was overbooked. This was especially frustrating given that we traveled from North Carolina specifically to enjoy a meal and watch the game at your establishment.

The Golden Spur Grill offers a fabulous and phenomenal dining experience with excellent service. Guests enjoyed a relaxing ambience and found the food to be wonderful. Specific dishes praised include the portobello sandwich, a salad with perfectly tender grilled chicken, and a delicious butternut squash soup. Portions are excellent.
