“Staff are super nice and attentive. I had an order that was missing something and they quickly remade it and apologized (even got a coupon for next time). Food is always hot and tasty! Walls are decorated with local graffiti artist's work and the dining room is always clean.“

Getting into the parking lot proved to be difficult as there isn’t a left turn arrow on the light at that intersection. Next time I would take a right into the mall parking lot and come back out so you are going straight across into the parking lot. This was our only issue.

Our food was ready when we walked in the door. We made a quick stop into the bathrooms that were nice and clean and grabbed our food and were out the door in no time.

My salad was delicious. I ordered a market salad with grilled nuggets. It was very fresh and the portion size was large. The nuggets were grilled perfectly and had wonderful flavor.

We would definitely come back and would just be smarter with how we enter the parking lot in this very congested area. I do need to note that we were there just before 1pm so it was during the lunch rush.“

“My family had a wonderful experience at Kiki’s! Our waitress Anerryah was absolutely fantastic! She was so friendly and helpful! She made our dinner memorable and we thank her for that. Our food was also delicious as usual! Chicken and waffles were on point and the sweet potato fries and okra were downright awesome! Make sure to visit Kiki’s for a delicious down home meal!“

“Clean, they messed up order a few times but no big deal because we had a very specific request for certain items. Staff greet you on the way in. Best of all, this is another great restaurant just in that the employees say “My Pleasure!”“

“My husband has been smoking meats for 20 years.. he has NEVER complimented any establishment like Peebles! The brisket and ribs (we got the Jamaican Jerk) were to die for! The beer selection is awesome. It may be called a 5 star Dive Bar because all you want to do is DIVE INTO THE FOOD! The wing selection IS CRAZY! You can order flats only (my fav!) and multiple flavors like the meat! The bartenders Shannon and Danny were AWESOME! We also had a new server, Josh who was so efficient, polite and fun! This is a WINNER WINNER CHICKEN DINNER pit stop! I do wish they offered ONE salad (their blue cheese and ranch for wings is UNBELIEVABLE!) so Danny gave me 2 cups of celery and carrots to ease my craving of “veggies”!“

“Went inside to place a to go order. I had the Steak and Fries, along with 10 Sweet and Spicy wings. I ordered my Steak all the way, and it was delicious! I was really surprised of how flavorful the wings were, they were great! I also like the fact they put some of the wing sauce with the wings, that made it great for dipping. The service was quick, and the atmosphere was nice.“

Outstanding Service and Delicious Dinner!

I stopped by the Chicken Salad Chick at the Harbison location and ordered the cranberry/almond chicken salad on a croissant with a side of broccoli salad. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly made. The croissant was soft and buttery, and the broccoli salad had just the right crunch and tang.

What really impressed me was the staff’s professionalism. The register went down while I was waiting to pay, and even after trying to resolve the issue for 10 minutes, it still wasn’t working. Without hesitation, they offered my meal for free and sincerely apologized for the wait. I left with great food and an even greater appreciation for their customer service. I’ll definitely be back!“

“I had a great experience today at Chick-fil-A thanks to Kalei, who was in training. Even while learning, Kalei was friendly, professional, patient, and had such a positive attitude. “As always, my food was delicious hot and fresh. The service was also good. I give it 4 stars bc of the parking lot situation. At lunch time the probability of being run over by another vehicle quadruples. No one adheres to the stop sign, or pedestrian right away, and too many are entitled and rushed to even care if u are walking into or out of the restaurant. I almost died before I could even eat my food bc someone ran the stop sign. It's ridiculous. There should be some sort of order and pedestrian safety protocols in order due to the busyness and volume of vehicles.“

Great food, location, and service for lunch on Monday 12-28-25. Only complaint is the facilities are not being cleaned well. The bathroom walls, doors, and tops of the garbage cans are all filthy. It’s the easy stuff they need to improve at this site.“

“We had the absolute BEST customer service experience at Zaxby’s on Garners Ferry Road. Every single meal was perfect. 34 individual/separate orders. Before each student could get their drink made, their name was being called for their food. The manager was top notch. He was super encouraging to each of our students. “Ordered a 2 piece dark meat with 2 sides. What I got was a very tiny thigh and a midget wing. A wing is white meat, google it! The Cajun Fries were good but the mac and cheese appeared to be the Kraft boxed variety. My husband got the shrimp poboy and you had to look hard for the shrimp. To top it off, the soft drinks taste like chlorine. Awful. We are here once before and it was good. Today was a complete bust. Won't be back, there are too many other places to eat. Update: manager contacted me and offered me a free replacement meal. I accepted and it was really good Thank you for correcting the problem.“
