I've only had ONE bad visit here. They had all cars merging to one lane after ordering. The order takers were on their cell phones and NOT friendly at all. It was like they were bothered that customers were there to order food. They didn't get the order right so we had to wait a little longer for it to be fixed again. This was so rare!!! Usually this place is awesome!
I went through the drive-thru, my wife tells me she needs to use bathroom so she gets out to take our kids as well. There is a man monitoring the team members, and he tells the lady that's about to take my order to have us move forward. She asks a question about what he just said and he went off on her. Very unprofessional and it made it an awkward situation for the girl that just got yelled at. Great place if you want to have some food and your kids want a playground. Chicken as usual is pretty good and tasty, and of course real potatoes, not as cheap as mac, but not expensive at all. I like the Chick-fil-A network
