The food is great but when we got home our baguettes were just thrown in the bag. Not wrapped or anything.
New kitchen staff is very rude and abrupt with people.
This Panera is closest to home, but I dread coming to this location. I love the Sip Club and enjoy Panera's food + wifi, but this location is simply awful. Most of the staff act like you're bothering them when you simply ask a question, which is hard to avoid being that they almost never have creamer set out past noon. And God forbid you come within an hour of closing! They always cover all but 1 trash can an hour before closing to avoid emptying more than one, and tonight I watched...read full review
