I have not been able to eat for THREE DAYS because of how sick I became from a mediterranean chicken salad/grain bowl prepared at this location. I am still too sick to eat any real food. and all they did when I called is list the ingredients and tell me someone would “call me back”…. haven’t heard a thing. DO NOT EAT HERE.

Well I used to love Panera. Some of them had started cheaping on their products. But this particular Panera still has what it takes! They should send there workers to do remedial training to the ones in Florence, and Columbia.We both got the Fortega Chicken panini , EXCELLENT job! Keep up the good work!

Can we talk about how I was the assistant manager here for a year and a half. I (and another AM) came into open on a regular morning & a man came in with a ski mask and pellet gun (didn’t know it was a pellet gun because it looked real) until after he left.My district manager and regional manager got ANGRY at me for leaving the door unlocked. I didn’t leave it unlocked the other AM did accidentally. They didn’t ask if I was okay and literally told me to open the store no matter what. This place is the worst place I’ve ever worked in my life. I suffer from PTSD because of this. Also moved away from Columbia, SC literally after this happened.They treated me and the other AM like we were nothing, not even human. Told me if I didn’t open the cafe directly after this happened and after the police investigated, that I would basically have to go home and forfeit my shift and practically be fired. Worst company and place ever. Covelli Enterprises you SUCK. I should have sued for potentially almost losing my life and nobody ever reaching out to see if I was actually okay.

The chicken apple fuji salad was fantastic. Nuts, dried apples, cheese crumbles and very tasty dressing...greens were very fresh. Chicken noodle soup was like homemade. Not salty, lots of chicken and spiral noodles. Turkey chili bread bowl was fantastic as was the side bread served with soup and salad. The Blueberry scone was dusted with powdered sugar a.d was o.e of the best scenes I have eaten or made myself.

Did a mobile order and had to wait in the drive-thru Lane for over 10 minutes. Got my sandwich and took it home and had ordered avocado which I was charged extra for and it's not on my sandwich at all. I wish the people that were making the sandwich would pay attention to detail and get the order right. Very disappointingThe second photo is what they advertise on their site when you go to order and the first photo is what I actually received. It is very, very disappointing that they don't fulfill what their advertising. I can hardly even see the onions on the sandwich and the meat is very skimpy.If a company isn't going to make the food the way they advertise it then they shouldn't be charging. So much. False advertisement as always.

I need the person who can make them soft to come back please

The wait is crazy. If the restaurant is basically empty I shouldn't have to wait as long as I have too. It's not a one time situation, even when I do drive thru I am waiting for over 8 minutes or longer for just a drink with one person in line ahead of me. It's crazy that they don't respect people time at all. And half the time my drink order is wrong but after waiting so long I don't want to wait for another drink to be made.Currently, I'm in a drive thru line with one person ahead of me and I've been waiting since 4:12 pm and it is now 4:35 pm for 1 drink since the large cups are kept behind the counter and that's usually a wait as well.

Free standing Panera about a block off the Interstate. Ordering is largely kiosk based, which is actually very helpful in a restaurant like this that produces a specific number of, say, bagels, in a day. You simply can't order them. Staff friendly, but somewhat removed. Overall, just fine.

First, the young lady behind the counter did her best to rectify any shortcomings. Our first complaint is that there was no light brew coffee, only 1/2 cup of dark brew coffee, and no creamer. Our second complaint was there was no pepperoni for my son's sandwich, for the second time in a row, which led to complaint three. They mixed my order and my son's order up resulting in us receiving the wrong sandwich. Finally, there was no toilet paper in the women's restroom.
