This is by far one of the best McDonald's I've ever went to. Great customer service, friendly employees, nice and clean, and this location is way better than the one on Blythewood Rd. Also, I get my food less than ten minutes. I hope I continue to be a regular customer at McDonald's at this location on Killian Rd.
It's fast food. Lower expectations. Even then, the service is so so. Some staff there are attentive and get the order right every time. Others keep giving me the wrong items. I get this is low-cost food service, but they should at least get the order right. (Take lessons from Chick-fil-A).Food quality is consistent. Some items literally taste like plastic. Great breakfast here (both breakfast sandwiches & oatmeal). Friendly & helpful staff. Nice design in dining room. We haven't seen this type seating in a McDonalds before. Only complaint is price of sodas. I prefer the option that some McDonalds offers where it's the same price for all 3 sizes. At this McDonalds, the large was roughly $2.79 before tax. McDonalds sodas are getting way too pricey.
