Since the freaking app just keeps redirecting you, I'll just post here. My food was prepared very fast which I loved, but then I had to wait 10 mins for a sweet tea, why? Because they had to bring a fresh batch which is no problem until then they made 4 large sweet teas and handed it to me when I only ordered one and by then my food was cold.
Great workers and good food
I had a great experience today at Chick-fil-A thanks to Kalei, who was in training. Even while learning, Kalei was friendly, professional, patient, and had such a positive attitude. You could tell they genuinely cared about giving great customer service and making sure everything was right. It’s always nice to see someone working hard and staying kind under pressure. Definitely a great addition to the team — keep up the amazing work, Kalei!
