Fast and delicious and a friendly staff.
I love there breadsticks
I’m giving Fazoli’s a lower rating based primarily on the customer service and attitudes of some of the employees. While the food itself was decent, the overall experience was negatively affected by the way certain employees interacted with customers.

Fazoli's offers a great experience with delicious pizza and amazing garlic butter breadsticks. The staff is friendly and efficient, ensuring quick service even during busy times. Some customers wish for more meat in the meat sauce, but the General Manager stands out for going above and beyond to make diners happy. The food tastes great for the price, and the atmosphere is very comfortable. Fazoli's can get you by for a fast fix on Italiano. The food is always so yummy and comes out hot. The staff are attentive and polite.
