I've given this place many chances. Breakfast coffee tasted like dirt, egg item made me sick, undercooked cinnamon item. Lunch, after waiting, received wrong order, when I got correct one it was cold and no apologies! Way too much ice in drinks, results in them tasting like water. I want to like this place, but it keeps disappionting☹️
Went inside, there was no one in front of us. We wanted the buffalo chicken bites but we were told, Sonic no longer has them ☹️, so I ordered a number 1, no mayo, onion rings & a Diet cherry Coke. My friend also ordered her burger and drink same as mine. After roughly 12 minutes of waiting, my cheeseburger was cold, and my drink had very little ice which probably means they made that first and it just sat there. The person I was with had their order all screwed up too.

For those that take orders for drive thru really need to be patient, take time to listen to the customer when placing orders and not be in such a rush and or snappy when the customer wants to make sure the order is correct before paying for
