The service here is always terribly slow. Not to mention they are constantly getting items wrong in my order/missing items. The line is then wrapped around the building and too long to go back through and retrieve my items.

So I ordered a peach limeade. I watched the guy through the window. He kept using multiple tops to scrape off the top and refill. He would put one down and grab another. When he was satisfied, he picked up one of the dirty lids he had put down and put it on the cup. When he handed it to the girl, I said I want my money back. That was so unsanitary.

Went here for lunch and the service was pretty fast. However, my mother-in-law and I received food poisoning from this location. The food wasn’t cooked all the way. The food was pretty hot when we got it but we drove off thinking the employees had done their job. We were sadly mistaken for trusting this Sonic to be a good place to eat. Cooperate needs to be contacted and maybe even shut this place down.

I bought the popcorn chicken,HOWEVER... the taste of burnt oil was so powerfully embedded within the breading and meat. that no amount honey mustard could over power it.

I thought this was a 24 hr location. I went 01/02/2024 to pick up some French toast sticks at 4 am on my way to work. They told me “ we are at our end of day and will not be accepting orders at this time.” Why are all the lights on that’s so confusing.

This is becoming a constant terrible experience in the evening shift. The drive thru time was 40 minutes tonight. I arrived at 11pm and wasn't pulling off until 11:41pm. When I made it to the speaker to order, the gentlemen told me to hold they were switching shifts. (I came to this same location at 3 am and was told they were switching shifts. Maybe they switch shifts every few hours.) That took 15 minutes of waiting to order. I order sausage patties, French toast, and a lemonade. I wait at the window another 10 minutes only to get home to old, burnt sausage. Not to mention my total was $13.04!!!

I've given this place many chances. Breakfast coffee tasted like dirt, egg item made me sick, undercooked cinnamon item. Lunch, after waiting, received wrong order, when I got correct one it was cold and no apologies! Way too much ice in drinks, results in them tasting like water. I want to like this place, but it keeps disappionting☹️
