Very cute and small place tucked in near the bank of America building. I got the full chicken cesear salad wrap and a dr pepper. Food came out fast and staff is very very nice. Excellent place to rest from the hustle and bustle of the city.“

On the receipt they also put contact information if you have any problems/concerns, which I believe is great.“

“This Firehouse Subs location gets it. They always have my order correct and quick. I am gluten free and they make my sandwich with care. Gluten free bread can be tricky and they toast it properly so it does not fall apart.
I eat here once or twice a week. everything is fresh and consistent.

Outstanding Service and Delicious Dinner!

I stopped by the Chicken Salad Chick at the Harbison location and ordered the cranberry/almond chicken salad on a croissant with a side of broccoli salad. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly made. The croissant was soft and buttery, and the broccoli salad had just the right crunch and tang.

What really impressed me was the staff’s professionalism. The register went down while I was waiting to pay, and even after trying to resolve the issue for 10 minutes, it still wasn’t working. Without hesitation, they offered my meal for free and sincerely apologized for the wait. I left with great food and an even greater appreciation for their customer service. I’ll definitely be back!“

I’m sorry I cannot remember her name even remember last time I was in there. I was hurrying to a dentist appointment for my daughter. And…. my sandwich was yummy and perfect.“

She even had her little nephew, Kingston, in with her. He was wiping tables in his little Jersey Mike’s uniform… He was cute as he could be, with a huge grin on his face, (much better spokesperson/mascot than Danny DiVito ???). “Large order. I initially schelued the wrong time. The manager was great and rescheduled it. We were missing an item. However, the manager there apologized and corrected it quickly. The food was good . The customer service was good.and that is a rare find these days.“

A little pricier than I expected, but I had the rotisserie chicken footlong, and it was savory and flavorful, and went well will provolone (I think any cheese there will do) and bbq sauce (chipotle sauce may have been better though). I would recommend it, but be aware that the sub is $8.83 on it's own after taxes and without a drink or chips. Sadly I don't have any photos, but it does look like it does on the menu. That's it.“
