Ordered online, said that it would be ready within about 20 minutes. So I got there about 5 minutes early, figured it wasn't ready yet, no problem, so waited. Waited 25 more minutes. Poorly organized and poorly managed, if the web order system can't be fixed to reflect the actual time that it's ready, you need to get a different web ordering system, or fix something else. Had tried the Ballentyne location with my wife and we both left disappointed and feeling greasy in the mouth. But what a refreshing change when a fellow veteran and I had lunch at the location just up the road from the Dore VA Hospital. Clean, and there was a menu, that one could read, on the wall, with depictions of the meals and a handout menu at the tables.
