“Tonight ai had the absolute pleasure of eating here! Customer service was excellent, I was a little underwhelmed with the idea of eating firehouse but, this was absolutely the best experience! I ordered the Italian, as I am a fan of parked based spiced meats, Tiffany was truly excellent in helping identifying my true desires in a sub and elevated the flavor by making clever suggestions that truly heightened the the flavor of the sub, Textures and flavors were perfect and all blended exceptionally well for a chain-based sub! Tiffany deserves a raise!!!!!“

“We went to Luzianna Purchase's 2nd evening, 5 course dinner and it was fabulous! Each course had a wine pared with it that made it very elegant. Thomas and Mary Katherine explained each course and where the ingredients came from. The atmosphere was warm and personal; we entered as strangers and left with new friends.“

“This subway location is by far the most clean, friendly and time efficient out of the 5+ locations I’ve been to around the Columbia, Chapin and Lexington area. They have excellent customer service and always prepare the sandwiches fairly quickly, and I’ve visited this shop many instances in the past few months. I would definitely recommend this location, including regarding the majority of the other locations.“

“We have been regularly coming here for years, always consistently good food. Today I had my usual nacho basket, for some reason the jalapeños are now dumped on top of the chips, I suppose for presentation. problem is that the juice makes the chips soggy. this might seem petty but there's nothing worse than soggy chips. also the cheese sauce was brown and clumpy, like it was old. this was my first bad meal. please go back to the peppers in a cup and a nice fresh creamy cheese sauce. thanks!“

“Great restaurant and service was incredible. We had to have a gluten free sandwich made and the staff went over and beyond to make sure the machine and equipment was properly cleaned and maintained so that it would be safe for us. Very grateful for them!

“5 stars, because the food is *chefs kiss” I picked up my to-go order during a lunch rush and when I got home I realized it was not what I had ordered. I called once I realized the mistake and Crystal (manager) was so polite and even asked ME how I wanted it to be handled. I completely understand how hectic it gets and sometimes things get mixed up. No biggie, I was able to go back and get my correct order with Crystals help. She even gave me a cookie. So with that being said…. 5 STARS.“

“Respectful and quick staff. I went in early afternoon and no other customers were there. I got my food (foot long chicken, cheese, and ranch with basically all the toppings) right away and it was delicious. They rung up my total while my sandwich was toasting and I was out of there in less than 2 minutes.“

“The family enjoyed our subs before the Pink concert. Our order was correct, and the cashier was nice. My husband got a free sub because of his name. Apparently, they pick a random name each day, and if you have a version of that name you get a free sub.

“I hadn’t been to Jimmy John’s in a few years before I decided to check out this location. I was really surprised! My sandwich was great and when they made a mistake on my overly complex order, they made it right quickly and even told me how I should order in the future to make my sandwich cheaper. I will definitely be coming here again (probably too often).“

“Great place to stop and get lunch while on or visiting campus… Store is always clean, staff is always friendly, and they just make you feel welcome… The manager, Charlie, is always super friendly, laughing and joking with all the customers. She even had her little nephew, Kingston, in with her. He was wiping tables in his little Jersey Mike’s uniform… He was cute as he could be, with a huge grin on his face, (much better spokesperson/mascot than Danny DiVito ???). Will definitely return when I’m back down. Great job, guys!“

“I've always driven by here and wanted to stop. It was excellent as far as the food. And the story of how the franchise came about is pretty awesome too. They seem like people who are truly interested in humanity and worldly events. They donate to the Cancer society and the search for a cure for cancer. Which is pretty awesome. And they have multiple different flavors for their chicken salad options.“

“This place was slam packed when we came. The whole food court was full and it was utter chaos. Despite this, the employees kept their calm, remained patient and polite, and were quick and efficient. “Stopped in to get a quick bite for dinner. I had the #33 Teriyaki Blitz. I added spinach, pickles, onions, banana peppers, and tomatoes. With added mayo, and teriyaki sauce.The service was quick, and I was able to get in and out quickly. Also, a nice environment to sit in and eat.“

“Normally I give the benefit of the doubt and deliver a 5-star review; however, there were instances that could not be ignored, just not more than a 1-star deduction IMO. Service was decent and food was good once corrected. So why the deduction? We donated to first responders today, and left a tip, only to sit at the table and realize one of two sandwiches was not made correctly (no mayo requested but mayo was on the sandwich, mustard on sandwich but there was no mustard), so we requested a remake. Then I noticed I was overcharged for a sandwich. This is just a suggestion rather than a deduction because I’ll go with the cashier selected the sandwich but was unaware of the price difference. On the wall, it was $1.10 less than the online price (I found out after I ordered), so my suggestion is to ensure online and in-store pricing matches.“

“Visited today, 5:55pm, Walked in the door, two girls working, neither greeted me, said hello or anything. After I decided what I wanted, one of them finally asked what I wanted. Ordered my sandwich and said that I would be getting chips and a drink. She told me that they didn't have fountain drinks only bottles. I asked if I could just get 2 chips and no drinks as I don't care for Pepsi products, "Nope, I'll have to charge you for extra chips".....okay, I'll just get the drink. "Your total is $13.01".....Sorry, I don't have a penny....no problem, $1.99 changed returned. Then, no, "Thank You", no, "Have a nice evening, have a good night, come back to see, hope you enjoy"......the sandwich was outstanding, and the service was great....the personalities, sucked. It was my 1st visit, I'll give it another shot, but if the same 2 girls are in there........nope, I'll go to Steve's, Sub Station or Grouchos.........“

I ordered the Chipotle Cheese Steak with onions, and peppers. It was very delicious and they don't short you on the steak, and toppings. I also had their 5 piece tenders and fries. The tenders were fresh, hot, and delicious!

Parking: You will have to park at the I Hop restaurant, or close by street toll parking.“

“I haven't had Subway in a while, but I was impressed. A little pricier than I expected, but I had the rotisserie chicken footlong, and it was savory and flavorful, and went well will provolone (I think any cheese there will do) and bbq sauce (chipotle sauce may have been better though). I would recommend it, but be aware that the sub is $8.83 on it's own after taxes and without a drink or chips. Sadly I don't have any photos, but it does look like it does on the menu. That's it.“

“I live in Charlotte, but whenever I am near Columbia I stop at Roly Poly for a wrap!My favorite regular menu item is the Huevos Rancheors (‘egg roly’). My all time favorite menu item is the #9 Thanksgiving roly (this year I made a special trip to get this sandwich while it was available in November). The food is always fresh, and seasoned with a unique combination of spices, sauces and dips. And somehow, despite being so large and so delicious, the rolys are only a few hundred calories each.The shop is run by a kind gentleman named Dave, who always takes time to welcome and talk with customers. I highly recommend Roly Poly and am already thinking about my next trip there!“
