“Unfortunately i have to change my review from a 5 star to a 4 star. First i want to say that the morning crew is absolutely amazing! But the evening crew… no matter how many times i ask for no onions, i ALWAYS get onions. Today i advised the cashier that the day prior i had received onions on my sandwich even tho i didn’t ask for any and asked if she can please tell them no onions. It definitely said no onions on the receipt. Otherwise a great place just wish for a slight bit better attention to detail.“

“We went to Luzianna Purchase's 2nd evening, 5 course dinner and it was fabulous! Each course had a wine pared with it that made it very elegant. “We have been regularly coming here for years, always consistently good food. Today I had my usual nacho basket, for some reason the jalapeños are now dumped on top of the chips, I suppose for presentation. problem is that the juice makes the chips soggy. this might seem petty but there's nothing worse than soggy chips. also the cheese sauce was brown and clumpy, like it was old. this was my first bad meal. please go back to the peppers in a cup and a nice fresh creamy cheese sauce. thanks!“

“I have eaten here a few times. The chicken salad is great! The croissant each time is a bit dry. I switched to their wheat bread, which was better. The quality of their chicken salad is amazing. So flavorful! The lettuce and tomato are fresh. The cute little cookie you get just ordering a sandwich was a nice treat! I’ve tried the broccoli cheddar soup, that is very cheesy and tasty. The pasta salad was kind of bland and a super small portion but that’s ok. They have lots of options to figure out what you like. The price is not bad if you just do the sandwich, less than $10. My favorite is the Kickin’ Kay Lynne. The sriracha is a nice touch! The cranberry Kelly is good too! That one reminds me of cape cod chicken salad like back home. This place is always packed but the staff is always nice and get you in and out pretty quickly. My new favorite lunch spot!“

Ordered my sandwich and said that I would be getting chips and a drink. She told me that they didn't have fountain drinks only bottles. “The food is always on point for me when I go. I don't know about anyone else's experience has always been good. The staff is always friendly to me and Service is always quick. Sometimes the drink machine area needs a little sprucing up but other than that, it's good.“

Outstanding Service and Delicious Dinner!

I stopped by the Chicken Salad Chick at the Harbison location and ordered the cranberry/almond chicken salad on a croissant with a side of broccoli salad. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly made. The croissant was soft and buttery, and the broccoli salad had just the right crunch and tang.

What really impressed me was the staff’s professionalism. The register went down while I was waiting to pay, and even after trying to resolve the issue for 10 minutes, it still wasn’t working. Without hesitation, they offered my meal for free and sincerely apologized for the wait. I left with great food and an even greater appreciation for their customer service. I’ll definitely be back!“

“Great place to stop and get lunch while on or visiting campus… Store is always clean, staff is always friendly, and they just make you feel welcome… The manager, Charlie, is always super friendly, laughing and joking with all the customers. She even had her little nephew, Kingston, in with her. He was wiping tables in his little Jersey Mike’s uniform… He was cute as he could be, with a huge grin on his face, (much better spokesperson/mascot than Danny DiVito ???). A little pricier than I expected, but I had the rotisserie chicken footlong, and it was savory and flavorful, and went well will provolone (I think any cheese there will do) and bbq sauce (chipotle sauce may have been better though). I would recommend it, but be aware that the sub is $8.83 on it's own after taxes and without a drink or chips. Sadly I don't have any photos, but it does look like it does on the menu. That's it.“

“We had a good experience. My wife and I wanted the same 6" sandwich, but prepared differently. In order to save us money, the server prepared what we wanted but only charged us for a single 12" sub. They did not have to do this for us.“

Got tuna footlong with prov cheese and all toppings. Their wash room needs to be cleaned in a better way. Its a busy shop so I cannot blame them.“
