I'm a regular at the Jimmy John's on Gervais St. in Columbia, South Carolina. The staff is the best, the food is incredible and the restaurant is always clean and inviting! My favorite lunch spot!
The food is always good from JJ's, but the staff definitely needs a refresher on customer service. Often, they seem more annoyed that customers are in the store than they are willing to help. If I could get JJs without dealing with the staff, that would be optimal.

I ordered a sandwich for delivery, along with a side of ranch. They forgot the ranch, I felt awful calling and complaining about 50 cent ranch but I only ordered the sandwich because I love dipping it in the ranch.
