6 Best Sandwich Shops in Orangeburg

“First I want to say that Jersey Mikes is my favorite sub shop. We were so happy to have them come to orangeburg. We have eaten there many times. We have ALWAYS been happy with our order. However, today I was disappointed. I got a medium Italian mikes way but asked for oil & vinegar on the side. We made a mobile order. When we got home my sandwich was swimming in mayonnaise. It wasn’t even supposed to be to have mayo on it. I tried wiping it off but it left the sandwich ruined. I live 12 miles from home so I wasn’t going to bring it back. Just want you to be aware of the mistake so hopefully it won’t happen again.“

“Went today for the first time and it was amazing! I spent about $5 total and got a very generous scoop of ice cream as well as a small order of fries which was also a good size. They were hot and nicely seasoned. The atmosphere is incredible. There is a lot of seating, nice pictures on the walls and even karaoke which me and my friends spent about 2 hours doing. The lady who was working the register was very nice and welcoming, even helping us get the karaoke set up. We will all definitely be back!“

“They appeared to have a full staff, but it took us 30 minutes to get our sandwiches. I gave a 4 for food, because all of the steak and cheese extras (peppers, onions, mushrooms) were on top of the sandwich which made it very difficult to eat on the road. I can see piling it on like that for a dine in customer, but ours was takeout/to go. Other than that, the staff was friendly.“

“This is honestly the ONLY Subway I come to in the area, and every single time I walk in, I have a great experience. The store is always clean, the food is fresh and fully stocked, and everything looks like it’s actually prepared with. The staff is always professional, pleasant, and efficient—no wasted time, no attitude, no making you feel like you’re asking for too much. I can customize my order how I want and still feel completely comfortable doing it. And the atmosphere is something I really appreciate too. It’s calm, not chaotic, and I never feel rushed or overwhelmed while I’m there.

“This Subway is right off I-26, exit 145, in Orangeburg, SC. The food is excellent- everything is fresh and delicious. The owners are very friendly. Service and selection is great. Most importantly, it is very clean. Very few restaurants in Orangeburg are clean, friendly, adequately staffed, and offer fresh food made to order. A bonus might be the Tesla charging station right across the street - charge your Tesla and enjoy a decent sandwich at the same time.“
