“I go to Firehouse subs in Azalea Square all the times. The employees there are alway very nice and polite. The food is amazing. I could there everyday. My whole family loves this place. I’ve also had the privilege to meet the owners which are just as amazing as the food and the employees. Would highly recommend this firehouse subs any day of day or week always worth it. I work at Eggs up grill so I’m in the restaurant business so I live good hospitality.❤️❤️❤️“

“I have been stopping in here for a few years now and have never had a bad experience. I have always found the staff to be friendly, and the sandwiches top notch. This is definitely not your average sub shop, so be adventurous and order yourself a Whole Mild Spicy Italian and see if you can eat it by yourself“

“The deli is like I was at Arthur Ave in the Bronx. Large assortment of cold cuts, sandwiches, entree meals and great looking pastries. I noticed some reviews about the wait on your order, but I realized that is because everything was made to order, fresh. So make you order, take a walk around beautiful downtown summerville until your order is ready (around 25-30 mins or so) and then eat in the park across the street. It was a great date afternoon for my wife and I.“

This evening, though, I watched two young boys help a woman with a somewhat complex catering order that included a few changes. She gave birth to Asher Thomas at 2:50 AM, and by 10:30 the next morning, we were already placing our online order through the app! When we arrived to pick up our family order, Robert, the manager, greeted us with warm smiles and congratulatory wishes. “Don’t listen to all these bad reviews make your own opinion. Definitely a good job done, I used to be a AGM at a Jersey Mike’s a long time ago. I was welcomed in. All tables were clean garbage was not full. All chips and sodas were well stocked. The slicer was clean and not gunked up. The produce was fresh. The man making my sandwich Elijah was told of a food allergy and did everything by the book. The chicken salad prep was labeled with the proper date. If this was an audit I would give them 100%. Glad I tried this location out. Great experience and great fresh sandwich. Thank you all great job.“

“Before this experience I had never been to one of these restaurants. I came in right after they opened for the day. I ordered a turkey and provolone sandwich. Didn’t specify anything else.

I didn’t check my food bag until I got to my vehicle. As I pulled out the sandwich I realized it was toasted. I opened it and it looked like mustard and turkey with cheese.

I have no idea what that sandwich is called or how the cashier knew what I needed…but it was the most delicious sandwich I’ve ever eaten. I hate mustard and hot sandwiches but this one was life changing. 10/10 recommend if you’re looking for a good sammich.“

“Wow 👌. Bread was soft and chewey with just the right amount of flakyness on the top. Veggies were bright green, crunchy and cold. Meat was tasty. Just the right amount of the condiments. Both my sandwiches were so good I had to eat half of each when l normally only eat a 6". Will be back for certain.“

“I go to the subway all the time and I get great service. But tonight there was an employee there that I feel handled the busy situation very professionally for a young lady. I made sure to get her name before I left. Her name is London. They had online orders and people waiting in the lobby. She maintained a positive personality and made sure every customer got exactly what they needed, this is what we need out of the younger generation with professionalism, no matter what your career field is!! I don’t know if Subway reads this, but London definitely is an employee you need to keep on your staff. And just for the record, I don’t know her!
