I go to Firehouse subs in Azalea Square all the times. The employees there are alway very nice and polite. The food is amazing. I could there everyday. My whole family loves this place. I’ve also had the privilege to meet the owners which are just as amazing as the food and the employees. Would highly recommend this firehouse subs any day of day or week always worth it. I work at Eggs up grill so I’m in the restaurant business so I live good hospitality.❤️❤️❤️
If you order online still takes 30 mins plus wait time after you arrive..unacceptable.happened many times and seen other people yelling at manager for same reason...also very long wait time if you don't order ahead
Great food and location

Firehouse Subs Azalea Square offers delicious engineer sandwiches and a great meatball sub. The service is reported to be quick and always great, with food ready in 5-10 minutes. It is always pretty busy around lunch time. They did an amazing job for a large catering event, bringing multiple deliveries. However, there have been concerns about the cleanliness of the restaurant, including dirty floors and strong roach spray odor, which caused discomfort for some visitors. Additionally, there have been issues with the soda machine and availability of drink options. The price of the subs has also been mentioned as potentially high, with a medium and large sub combo costing around $40.
