Pizza was good. I ordered delivery. But The pizza was left on my porch and I didn't know it. The delivery person didn't ring the door bell or anything so I didn't know it was even delivered until I went into the app and found out. Of course the pizza was cold. I also ordered a side of sauce that wasn't with my order.
Unfortunately I have not been in to Donatos til last Friday when I was sent their by Door Dash to pick up and deliver a pizza to a customer!The staff their made me feel welcome instead of telling me it would be a twenty minute wait like some of the other pizza places that I will not mention at this time!!Their names were Rodney, Gabby, and Frank.These guys are top notch in their profession.They should all get a raise.Anyway let’s get to their food shall we.Ok everybody knows...read full review

Every time we visit the Donatos Pizza on Ashley River/Wappoo road, it’s amazing. Customer service is great and the pizza is excellent. Tonight Michael gave us incredible service. He was so kind and made us feel so welcome. Thankful for our local Donatos :)
