“I’ve eaten in and have also ordered takeout. The food is always excellent and the service is very pleasant. I go as an individual customer quite often but today my daughter’s company, AHT, In North Charleston had their Christmas luncheon catered and everything was absolutely awesome and everyone that I know was well pleased with the food. It was mentioned but a manager that the restaurant staff was in the restaurant at 6:30 AM preparing the food all Homemade. I highly recommend this restaurant!“

“They made a custom pizza for my husband and I. He can’t do red sauce. They did his half with olive oil and fresh tomato slices and I got their yummy sauce on my side. Thank you!!! Cody the bartender is great too!“

“the rudeness and lack of ability to take care of customers (make a pizza within an hour and not talk on a cell phone during a problem) ruins it for the nice employees there. This place will survive purely out of convenience and not for satisfactory service or product.“

“Good food but poor customer service. There are two signs at the front, one for order here, the other for call a head orders. I called a head, after waiting in the line for 10 minutes, and being passed by employees multiple times with no acknowledgement. I asked for help and was told that the call a head line was not open. Then had to go to the back of the order here line to pick up two sandwiches that were already made and paid for sitting 15 feet from where I asked for help. They were cold by the time I got them.“

Very nice staff. But very small dining area. Think we'll just pick it up from now on.

“Neighborhood Bistro is one of my favorite local restaurants. The margarita pizza is delicious. The muscles are the best I’ve had since I’ve moved here. There are other very good choices, but those are my favorites.“

“We love Donatos! This is our go-to after family night Martial Arts. Our faves are Hot Honey Pepperoni & Margherita. All of the staff are great, but we especially love it when Gabby is working. She is very friendly, attentive and efficient!!“

“Not going to lie, the first time i went here, this place sucked. I went around 11am; super skimpy toppings in spite of ordering extra. Gave them another chance mainly on behalf of my son and the pizza was awesome! We went at about 9:30pm. Maybe from now on I will go at night. Be sure to use the app for coupons!

“We eat at Marco’s in Cane Bay about once a week and always have a good experience. The pizza is consistently good, the orders are usually ready on time, and the staff is friendly. It’s a convenient local spot and one of our regular go-to places in Cane Bay.“

“Although theiir food is fairly good, as of the past few months, their service is waning. Tonight, I was one of the masses who had placed an order for food either online or through the call center who found themselves in an indefinite wait for our orders. Once at the store after a 30 minute wait I was told that it would be 15 to 30 minutes wait time as the manager had called out sick, another manager was filling in and a couple of junior employees were outright voicing their oppossition to management in front of customers. Meanwhile, customers who had placed orders an hour or more earlier and already paid for their food found that their orders hadn't even been started yet and had no way to cancel their order or get their money refunded. As for myself, it took an hour and 10 minutes to get my order for one pizza which was not only under cooked, but cold as well! This is an recipe for failure. This store needs to be shut down and its personnel retrained. The problems that plague this store should never be displayed in front of the customer base. Further, No one should have to order food, pay full price for it and then take it home and have to finish cooking it in order to eat it.“

“I just want to send my sincere THANK YOU to Santazia!!! She went ABOVE & BEYOND when my delivery order was picked up by an Uber Driver and then cancelled by the Uber Driver while it was on the way. The delivery cancellation was NOT Pizza Huts doing. It was the Uber Driver. Santazia was so sweet and professional and definitely a true asset to your team! She helped me with my order and rallied a new driver for my delivery while she re-entered my order so that my food would arrive to me nice and hot and fresh! Santazia even took an extra step and called me back once my order had left with the new driver and headed my way! OUTSTANDING!! ✨Santazia, your personality shines through your voice on the phone and your desire to make it right was above and beyond! THANK YOU! “I went to domino on Dorchester rd by the Walmart market and they just gave me bread bread bites😠
This domino's has been the best for me. Sara is the one that made my garlic bites and OMG!!! The absolute best!! And was made fast too. Plus the young lady that was at the front was so sweet!!

“Our group held a Super Bowl party at steel City and the staff went above and beyond for us. Gerald was amazing from day one helping us with a perfect menu within our budget. Lisa was our designated server and made sure everything went smoothly from the timescales in until we left. Looking forward to many more events in the future at Steel City !!“
