“I've been to three of these locations and each one has great customer service. The atmosphere is very playful and inviting. Always very clean as well! I ordered the California turkey sandwich with a side of fries for $20. My first thought was that it's pricey, until I opened my box of fries and was pleasantly surprised by the amount I was given! They are served after being tossed in salt and pepper. My sandwich was very good and fresh, per usual. They have a nice area outside, set up with tables and chairs. Will definitely be back!“

“Palmetto Flats is a bit of a hidden gem but so good that folks know about it. This was my first visit, but my wife and I will definitely be back. Fried green tomatoes with pesto and prosciutto, what's not to like? My wife had the butter nut squash ravioli and I went full caveman and had the ribeye. Was it good? On a scale of 1 to Empy-plate, plates were pretty empty. The sides were great and the salad was fresh and crispy. The wine and beer selection is a bit limited but you will find something to like. As luck would have it, my wife's favorite wine was available (Predator Zinfandel) and plenty of Holy City brews.“
“I usually go here for happy hour. They offer great deals and a wonderful happy hour ambiance. But I haven't always loved the food offered at happy hour most were yummy but not all, so I was going to give them a four. However, after coming here for dinner full five stars. Their Gorgonzola pasta was amazing so was their burrata and wine. Service is always great. I do wish there were more bathrooms on a crowded night a pretty awkward line gets forming.“

Ciro and his team were extremely responsive, and provided excellent service as well as DELICIOUS food, including dairy free and gluten free options! Our 200+ guests all raved about the quality and taste of the food. All of it was so fresh, and honestly the best meatballs I've ever had! We can't wait to use them again for our next event! “I'm not sure on the service outside of the very pleasant staff from pickup because we ordered to go but next time I'd tip just for the food. We are travelers who move every three months and this pizza was fantastic. We ordered a 18 inch chicken bacon ranch and it was delicious. I hope we eat here again because it was fantastic even as a take home pizza!“

“This was great. I ordered the steak and cheese. I finally found a great place for cheese steak subs. I have been searching since Phillys shut down the portion was excellent and the steak was perfect. My only wish is to have the option for plain sub roll instead of seassame hoagie roll as the sesame slightly overpowered the taste. Regardless I would still recommend as it is the best steak and cheese I have had post covid 8.3/10. I would also recommend the pepper poppers they are amazing had mozzarella and prosciutto stuffed in them in olive oil omg!! Yum“
“I have been hung up on before closing and a couple of the employees are rude the pizza lately hadn't been consistent but when they are ON they are on it is my favorite pizza place but found myself calling around lately. . The person answering the phone is the face of the company for those moments they should act accordingly.“

With around 25 guests, our buffet-style setup featured a delectable assortment of their dishes and desserts, making the event perfect in every way. Highly recommend!
