I just want to send my sincere THANK YOU to Santazia!!! She went ABOVE & BEYOND when my delivery order was picked up by an Uber Driver and then cancelled by the Uber Driver while it was on the way. The delivery cancellation was NOT Pizza Huts doing. It was the Uber Driver. Santazia was so sweet and professional and definitely a true asset to your team! She helped me with my order and rallied a new driver for my delivery while she re-entered my order so that my food would arrive...read full review
I've never had a problem with this pizza hut. Always have been my favorite until today. I tip and everything, but the cook and cashier today were NASTY (both females). I get they're backed up but when you order a pizza with extra cheese but it's missing half the cheese, make it right without attitude. I was polite as could be until they got nasty and I still kept my composure. Your employees need to not only do better, but be better. Their attitude was completely unnecessary...read full review
The pizza was good but it kind of was floppy wasn’t crispy. Plus it gave me some bad aftermarks, stomach issues. Idk if it’s with the ingredients or not being cooked long enough. But overall, wasn’t bad just needs some improvement.
