Food was good, staff did great, but the restaurant smelled so strong of Roach spray I could not breath. Caused asthma issues and was uncomfortable. If you are going to spray that much you should do something to ventilate.

The staff were friendly, but none of them had any sense of urgency. It took over 20 minutes to get my sandwich. They had 4 people making sandwiches and only 2 people in front of me. The sanitizer dispenser was empty, the napkin dispenser was empty, trash cans were full, and the tables were not cleaned! They had a girl in the back just walking around. This place definitely needs a manager!
What a rip-off. I don't know if I've ever spent so much money on such little food. You charge extra for pickles now? And then don't give them unless I tip you for doing the job that I'm already paying you to do?

I was very disappointed in the customer service they were being very rude and cussing me out because I came in 30 minutes before they close . The employee with glasses long hair and a hat almost looks like a country girl was very rude to me and kept telling me to leave when all I wanted was a sub I went home crying and suicidal. do better firehouse

Prices keep going up while the quality goes down. A medium hero is now $10?! Also there seems to be less flavor and the bread is different in a bad way. Not sure if today was a fluke but it’s honestly getting to be Subway quality. And that’s not a compliment. At least the service is good.
