“What is the point of placing and paying for your order online if you have to stand in line when you get there with everyone who is ordering in the store. Would it not make sense to be able to go straight to the pickup counter? That’s what every other food business does. Super annoying and will make sure I don’t go back. The whole reason for placing the order online is so you can stop by quickly and pickup....,not stand in line for an additional 10 minutes for the lunch rush.“

“Today, I tried the Hook and Ladder. It was so delicious. The bread crust was crusty outside and soft inside. Cooked to perfection. Everything was so fresh. We did not have to wait long on our orders. Customer service was excellent.“

“Big communication issues with the girl at the counter. She didn't pay attention or remember anything well. I asked for a GF club sub and Club Supreme on herb bread. Next thing I know, she is making a Large club sub sandwich on herb bread. I asked her if that was mine. She said yes. I never asked for a large. She cut it in half. And asked what the GF one was. I said Club Sub. She said they're both club sub? I said no, the other one was supposed to be a club supreme, but don't worry about it now. I told her what before and she finished the sandwich I asked her to put the bacon on. She said, didn't you say no bacon. No this is my first time mentioning bacon. The other guy made the GF sub and it was much smoother. Glad I didn't order ahead.“

The manager Alex took care of me. He was so nice and accommodating. The food is always delicious and we love going there every chance we get.

“All the staff members and customers were required to wear a mask. Also, some tables were left with no chairs to keep the social distance. The subway sandwiches were great , too. I do appreciate the warm welcoming and smiling faces. Thank you guys.“
