I enjoy going to Firehouse Subs on Rivers Ave in North Charleston once a week. Not only am I greeted by the manager, Caroline on every visit, but she makes it a point to smile at everyone and ensures that the customers are content and satisfied. Every time a service man or woman comes into the store, she goes out of her way to say "thank you for your service." That speaks volumes! Thank you Caroline for the above and beyond customer service! The food here is great I used to work for Firehouse work there for 3 years the girls that are at this location are really sweet but the gentleman behind the counter taking the orders he just seems like he never wants to be there and that doesn't look good for their customer service but the food is always on point and like I said the girls make up for his kind of blah ness lol

Firehouse subs is an underrated spot in my opinion. They consistently produce amazing quality subs with awesome flavor. There are many locations so you don't have to search hard to find one. The staff always makes sure to welcome you when you walk in and they don't have you waiting forever for your food.
