So, if you walk up and don't see anyone, then give it a few minutes before you leave! I hope they get a sign in the future so people know!”

My girlfriend and I attempted to go to three different restaurants and all of them had an hour and a half wait after finally finding a place, We had our dinner. Dinner was finished around 7:30 and as soon as I finished it, I had to poop. I held that poop until we finished our ghost tour 3 1/2 hours later, I tried to go to multiple different places all of which the restroom was absolutely disgusting. I tried to go to a Circle K, which was closed. And finally Old Faithful. I stopped at the Waffle House. The beautiful yellow sign shimmered in the distance, like a medic in the heat of battle. The bathroom was absolutely pristine. The cold water was like a glacial spring, and the hot water was hotter than I’ve ever experienced. The soap was full and it smelled good too. The toilet was just freshly cleaned. I’ve never experienced a more inviting toilet in the moment and I don’t know if it was from desperation or just pure beauty. I didn’t even eat here and I was treated better than I was the entire evening by the town of Charleston. This waffle House made my crappy/un crappy day (no pun intended) a little bit better. I wish there was a special option for six stars for my circumstance. From 16 and hung over to 27 and needing to poop Waffle House has never let a homie down….”

No matter if I get there 5 minutes before they lock the lobby or 30, I’m always greeted with a smile. Food is on point every time cuz Marquise is always on point. Those 2 and their service is the one and only reason I stop at this location instead of the one around the corner from my house and will continue to come back weekly as long as they’re going to be working.💪💪”

We had the Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen, which had delicious pork broth, a whole seasoned egg, and a unique add of crispy onion and kimchi. We also had the Classic Tonkotsu Ramen which was equally great. We usually go for edamame to start with, but we went with the spicy cucumber salad. It was delicious and packed a punch.

“I find it unfair for the workers here, in this heat the AC isn't doing it job to cool down the building and they are sweating back there. The floors are hard back there behind the cashier's desk and will cause major fatigue on their feet and lower backs. I'm visiting from ga to see family and these ladies I saw keep up with the great service but the conditions are not good for them. I'm sure the district managers can do much better job to help store and supervisors here at this store. Sheesh. But I received phenomenal service and was greeted with smiles. But I see otherwise when I was eating I can see the fatigue.”

“This school bus food stop shouldn't be passed up. No one paid me for this review I just figured I should share. I moved here a year ago this is a mile from my house. I finally said let's do it. They recently renovated and I was excited to see the new set up. The Shawrma is huge and so good. You'll eat until you're full and still take a bite. It's big enough for 2 but you won't want to share. The young ladies at the register are so sweet and very helpful. They will explain what's on the menu if you aren't sure. They sell food of 3 cultures so you can mix and match. The chef stepped off the bus and I thanked him personally because I've never had food like his and I've live in 6 states. Its a hidden gem and so worth it. Also they shop their food fresh, I often see them in my local grocery stocking up basics and it's across the street.”
