“I went to this location 20 minutes before closing. I was so excited to get an Oreo Cloud Latte. I had one on vacation at another location, it was delicious.
I went to this location in N. Charleston, and the ladies were the absolute SWEETEST and kindest at this drive-thru. 🧡🩷It made my day so much. I never write reviews, ever, but I had to because they were so kind and friendly. I had a delicious drink after long day at work when I assumed there would be no stock left as it was so close to closing time.“

“I’ve been coming to this Dunkin’ for about a year, and honestly, I used to leave feeling disappointed. The employees were rarely friendly, there were hardly ever any smiles, service often felt rushed, and my order would sometimes be incorrect. I found myself going out of my way to visit other Dunkin’ locations instead.
But WOW—what a difference now! Maybe a month or two ago -Most of the staff has changed, and the customer service has improved tremendously. Everyone is so much friendlier, more welcoming, and attentive. I now leave the drive-thru feeling happy instead of frustrated.
Matt and all the other employees really make my day. They are a great example of what good customer service should be. Thank you for making this Dunkin’ a place I actually look forward to visiting! ~Venus“
